Can I order a part of a miniature/do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders, all products are sold only as described.

Do you ship to a particular country?
We ship worldwide. In case there are some issues found with the shipping, we will notify you immediately via email to figure out an acceptable solution.
I received a note saying that some items in my order are out of stock. Why did that happen and what should I do?
Firstly, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. As some items are on a backorder, sometimes they can be out of stock, even if the website says otherwise. You can simply reply to the email you received and specify how you would like to proceed next.
What to do if my order is stuck at customs?
In case your order got stuck at customs, please reach out to us providing any information you got from the customs, we will do our best to assist you with this situation from our end.
How much is the customs fee?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the customs will not charge you additional fees. Please check your local laws regarding this matter. If you wish to make a large order, you can also split it into smaller ones in order to avoid reaching the import limit.
Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
All products sold by us, do not include duties and taxes. There are only product amounts and shipping fees charged on your orders.
Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you.
